Good Landlord @Blk 116 Bedok North Road/Common Room for Rent in Bedok North Road, East Singapore for sale

I am putting up this ad for my landlord. I am a Singapore PR and I have stayed in this house for more than 3 years until I recently gotten my own flat, also at Bedok North Road, as his neighbour.
The location is good, opposite is the well-known Blk 85 Fengshan Hawker and Food Centre, 5mins to Bedok MRT station, bus stop is next to the block; diagonally is the Police Station thus environment is peaceful and quiet around there. What I like most is the sheltered-walkway link from the block to the bus stop, and all the way to opposite road leading to 24hrs NTUC across the bridge.
Only chinese-speaking males preferred (as landlord is chinese educated) with no cooking. Water and electricity inclusive. House is windy and unblocked. Very convenient amenities and the landlord is a very nice and helpful guy.
