Air-conditional and fan, a super Single bed with 2 sets of quilt and pillow, study table, book shelf, wardrobe, 2 persons share bath room with water heater (due to only one water heater in one of the bath rooms), 2 person share washing/laundry machine, 100MB high speed WIFI internet access for this tenant use only . Boil water provided. In the past my wife usually using this boiled water to cook instance nSingaporelisted if she feel hungry during the night. Surrounding with Sheng Siong Super market store (24 hours service) at ground floor, NTUC super market store (24 hours service), 7Eleven (24 hours service), foods centre and bus stop (two ways bus stop at in front and opposite), all just within 5 min walking distance and all with shelter.
