Fisher & Paykel 6kg Dryer with 2 yrs warranty (2+ mths old) in Bedok North Road, East Singapore for sale

Bought on 1st Jan 2012 from Courts Singapore by ex-owner. Two yrs valid warranty from F&P and manual instructions included. Ex-owner used few times before moving out and now its an extra dryer for new owner. Wants to get rid of it soon due to renovation!

Delivery: Does not include delivery, local pickup only so that dryer can be checked thoroughly during pickup as return of dryer not accepted.
Payment:  Cash payment only. Willing to negotiate further due to no lift-landing.  After checking of dryer, can assist with cling wrap and moving of dryer to lift landing floor only. Earliest viewing is on 24 Mar 12.
